Procedure of recruitment

We believe that 'Hiring people is an art, not a science that works purely on logics'. So we have a specially trained HR department which has keen eye for talents. To select the right candidate, we have a scientific international system which will test the candidate's abilities in various segments including his analytical, aptitude, confidence and commutative skills. It is a must for all candidates to go through this test before the final interview.

The training
